My original contract was set to expire in December, basically your typical initial 4 month contract. I got feedback today that the customer was satisfied with my contributions and have decided to extend my contract by a year.
It’s a great work environment. The company has been practicing the Scaled Agile Framework for a while now and the team I’m in has the process down. There’s definitely a lot less stress compared to other places I have worked before so I’m very happy to be able to continue working here for another year.
