We’ve just come back from vacation and it’s a bit difficult to get started back up so I thought I would try to start with creatives.
With edge, you get access to bing chat that has a creative mode and I thought I would try it. Here was my prompt, complete with typos:

I wanted to try making the image less cartoony so I added the prompt: “can you make it with more realism and a white background“

I still thought the images looked a bit off what I want the app to look like. So I added the prompt: “i think the image should have less balloons and have a more wish list idea. Also, the color scheme should be neutral. It seems to be leaning to a lot of pink“

The last set of generations felt more in line to what I want. You’re able to download the images but you’ll notice that it has ‘lorem ipsum’ text that you’ll still to update and if you look closer at the images, the items don’t look quite right. So while AI can help with the general idea, a person still needs to go in and create the actual asset.
Bottom line is, AI gives an opportunity to enable people who don’t necessarily have the skillset to get a little boost in being creative. I think it’s a good thing, it will push people forward and enable more people to contribute to the creation process.
