Jocelyn Englund was born in Cagayan de Oro City. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City. She started her career doing Developer Evangelism with Microsoft Philippines managing broad customer programs such as the MSDN Connection and the Microsoft Student Partner Program. In 2007, she moved to Singapore when she accepted a role as an ISV Developer Evangelist for Microsoft Singapore. She worked on providing training on and migration to Microsoft’s latest technologies to local ISVs.
In 2010, she moved to Orange Business Services as a Solutions Marketing Manager, driving the Orange Solution Cente. There they showcased their solutions to their customers’ business decision makers
In 2013, she joined Lenovo’s Digital and Social Center of Excellence as their Social Technologist. There she administered and enabled 60+ markets globally with the various social media tools for publishing, media management and analytics.
After 10 years in Singapore, her family moved to Sweden. Here starts a new chapter!
