Most likely, you’ll get this screen popping up, however in my case, if you click “Next”, you’ll actually find that the mailbox was added. you might need to tweak a bit of the server settings to make sure that the pop3 server port is set at 995 and the smtp server port is set at 25.
I’ve been using the iPhone for a bit over a day now and I must say, i can understand why it’s so popular. It’s been such a pleasure to use. In my first 24 hours, there was just one thing that went wrong with my experience:
I guess this is more an app developer’s issue (or the interface designer’s?) than the OS itself though. This is, of course, apart from the ones i already knew even before purchasing the phone like no sms forwarding, no copy paste, etc.
All in all though, as with all their products, you can see how much effort they’ve put into User Experience Design.
